These Terms govern your use of paroncrm.com and the Alert Panel managed application distributed by Paron LLC via the Salesforce AppExchange.

1. License Grant

Paron LLC grants a non-exclusive, revocable license to install and execute Alert Panel within your authorized Salesforce organization.

2. Platform Dependency

Alert Panel requires an active Salesforce subscription. Paron LLC is not responsible for outages or constraints originating at the Salesforce platform level.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
